Go to the 365juan Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address or mobile number registered to your account. You can update your mobile number and email address directly from your 365juan account settings. Deposits

Withdrawals

Log in to your 365juan account and navigate to Finance / Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that has been verified and linked to your account. For first-time withdrawals, additional identity verification may be required.

Processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / Maya — typically 1 to 3 hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer — 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank
  • Debit Card — 3 to 5 business days
All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review before processing. Requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. You will receive an SMS and email notification once your withdrawal has been approved and sent.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 365juan is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays or rejections include:
  • KYC verification is incomplete or documents have expired
  • Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • The withdrawal destination account name does not match your registered 365juan name
