365juan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your 365juan account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable checks have been completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 365juan's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint. 365juan will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to resolve it within thirty (30) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
